Kelly Hallock, RN BScN, is passionate about building people. She embraces opportunities to add value to others, whether that is through conversation, working as a nurse, or teaching others. Kelly has worked as a nurse for the past 15 years in various roles, from Intensive Care, Emergency, Oncology, Transplant and Organ Donation, and as a Nurse Educator.
Kelly’s passion for people started as a youth watching her mother and father transform others throughout their lives and careers. She believes that all people deserve to have hope, find their purpose, and achieve their full potential.
Kelly is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and coach. She embraces personal and professional growth, which led her to becoming a Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with Maxwell Leadership in 2017. Kelly’s work within healthcare led her to desire to reach more people.
Kelly has taught all streams of disciplines in the healthcare sector on topics from health-specific, mental health, leadership, and resiliency. She is the past Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee with the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba, where she delivered a wide range of education sessions to healthcare professionals, patients, and administration.
